Giants Former Star RB Saquon Barkley Telling Giants Fans to Move On

New York Giants former star running back Saquon Barkley posted a social media for his Giants fans in which he told fans to move on.

Saquon Barkley was selected by the Giants in the NFL draft 2018. He was round 1, 2nd overall pick, since he debuted in the NFL he played for the Giants from 2018 to 2023. Recently in the offseason 2024, On March 13, 2024 Barkley took the decision to leave the Giants and signed a 3 years contract with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Giants fans still admire him as a Giants star on which Saquon Barkley encouraged New York Giants fans to look forward and embrace the team’s future. Barkley, known for his explosive plays and leadership on the field, emphasized the importance of moving on from past seasons and focusing on the opportunities ahead.

“Let me educate some of you fans here… I can’t bail or become a traitor if I never got an offer to come back.. so I went to the organization I felt that was the best and after already being here for a month man I’m excited to be a eagle! Go birds”

While playing for Giants he achieved so many awards and records. He won NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year in 2018, 2 times Pro Bowl in 2018 and 2022, and PFWA All-Rookie Team (2018).

He also holds the record of “Most receptions by a rookie RB in a single season: 91”.

In his NFL career so far, Saquon Barkley amassed 5,211 rushing yards with an impressive rushing average of 4.3 yards per carry, scoring 35 rushing touchdowns. He caught 288 passes for 2,100 receiving yards and 12 receiving touchdowns.
